  • What is it?

    Microneedling works by applying sterile microneedles deep into the dermis of the skin. These needles create microscopic channels deep within the dermis to stimulate the natural production of collagen and

    deliver radio-frequency heat energy at the desired depths to promote remodeling of collagen and elastin that tightens and lifts the skin. 

  • Who is a candidate?

    Anyone with acne scarring, fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores, under eye bags, surgical scars, cellulite, and more.

  • How many treatments are recommended?

    3-6 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart is recommended depending on the area of concern

  • Is there downtime?

    The area treated will most likely be flushed and raised immediately after treatment. This typically only lasts a few hours / the rest of the first day. Patients with more sensitive skin may be red longer.

  • Aftercare

    Clean any makeup sponges or brushes before using again after the treatment. Not washing makeup tools before using again can lead to a transfer of bacteria. We also recommend using a clean pillowcase and bath towel. Apply sunscreen and avoid direct sunlight for 3-5 days after treatment. Avoid intense work outs, saunas, and tanning beds for 7-10 days. Use gentle basic products on the skin for 3-7 days after treatment.
